What we do
IPT Group is creating a network of cancer treatment centers. Our first center was created in Obninsk, Kaluga region, 100 kilometers from Moscow. Over the next 10 years, we will open 2 new centers in the cities of Russia and abroad annually. By March 2018, we will launch a high-precision radiology center based on Gamma Knife in Obninsk, Kaluga region.
We have prepared the premises, purchased, installed and completed the testing of the radiosurgery equipment Gamma Knife Leksell (Gamma Knife® Perfexion ™).

It's really vital
The number of newly diagnosed oncological diseases amounts to about 500 thousand annually in Russia. At the same time, the mortality rate is 60% of the incidence. The reason for such drastic statiscics is an extraordinarily high level of diagnosis and inaccessibility of state-of-the-art methods of treatment.
One of the most effective advanced methods for oncology treatment is radiation therapy and radiosurgery. At the same time, not more than 10% of patients receive quality (or adequate) radiation therapy. This makes only 3% of all patients with oncology. In absolute figures, out of about 2.5 million patients less than 75,000 patients receive quality and modern medical services in the form of radiation therapy.

Why
is this happening?
Most Russian centers, as well as their equipment, are obsolete and morally and physically. For example, in the USA, the number of modern radiotherapy centers per capita exceeds the Russian indicator by 10 times.
What
to do about it?
The only existing solution which we are implementing is to open new state-of-the-art oncology treatment centers. IPT Group has already invested its own funds of USD 5.7 million.
Interest has been expressed from various groups : the Government of the Russian Federation, regional authorities, existing medical institutions and their patients.
Why do investors need this?
Despite the fact that the project has a strong social focus, it is extremely attractive to investors from the commercial perspective too.

From 25 000 to 35 000 operations on Gamma Knife are required in Russia annually. The number of operations actually completed in Russia yearly does not exceed 3500.
- High revenues
In fact, we may appoint any price for an operation. We can afford to make operations times cheaper than in the US or EC.

It is exactly what most businesses in Russia lack.
New Business Model
It is impossible to open new cancer treatment centers throughout Russia relying solely on our own resourses. We therefore invite investments via ICO. We offer investors an excellent business model securing growth of IPT tokens.
All the profits received from our really business are divided into 2 parts:
- Distribution among the tokens holders
- Investing in the opening of new medical centers.
IPT token: Stability of value
IPT Group is engaged in a real medical business generating high and stable income. The project is not tied to blockchain and does not solve the problems of the community. However, with the assistance of investors, we are capable of solving the most critical problem of saving lives from one of the most terrible threats of the 21st century – oncology. The price per operation in our medical center is USD 3500.
This price is tied to a certain number of tokens. For simplicity of calculation, let's assume the value of a token at ICO equal to USD 1.00.
IPT Group entitles any patient to pay for a surgical operation both for USD 3500 and for 3500 IPTC tokens.
We might admit that a token could depreciate, for instance, by 1.5 - 2 times, but for a very short period of time, since it would be much more profitable for patients, instead of paying USD 3500 for the operation, to purchase the tokens that have fallen twofold and and pay for the operation with the tokens. Under this scenario the effective value of the operation for a patent will amount to USD 1750.
IPT tokens will rise in value, along with the growth of dividend distribution. After a while, a patient will be able to undergo an operation, having on hand (or having bought) already fewer tokens. Therefore, the minimum value of a token, at which we offer to redeem them, will grow on a continuous basis.
It is important to note that if a patient pays for an operation with tokens, then such tokens are canceled (redeemed).
The more tokens are redeemed, the faster grows the value of the remaining tokens.
