BAGAIMANA CARA KERJANYA?

Ketika klien mengirimkan pekerjaan untuk ThEmployer, protokol mengidentifikasi kandidat yang memenuhi syarat yang memberikan mereka pilihan untuk mengambil salah satu peran berikut: calon, pengarah atau Evaluator. Setelah sejumlah standar tanggapan terpenuhi atau waktu yang ditetapkan memiliki murtad, protokol menutup kolam renang evaluasi dan menyetujui subset acak untuk skrining cocok kandidat.
